1- Site Review & Scope

We walk the site, review plans if needed, and define: Areas and levels to be included Floor types and special surfaces

Rough, final, and re-clean timing around your milestones. You receive a clear, phase-based proposal with straightforward pricing.

2- Scheduling & Execution

A dedicated field lead (OSHA-trained and aerial lift certified) is assigned to your project. Crews are scheduled in logical phases to keep the work flowing. We coordinate around other trades, inspections, and access requirements.

3- Re-Clean & Handover

We return after punch-list items and last-minute work. Final polish on glass, floors, entrances, and high-visibility areas.

Handover with photos or an in-person walkthrough, your choice.
