Crew sweeping a warehouse floor during an industrial deep clean in Maine

Warehouse deep cleaning, annual, quarterly or monthly

Some buildings haven't had a full clean in years. We reset them top to bottom: high dusting, walls, racking, docks and floors. Many plants and warehouses book a deep clean every year, quarter or month, timed around shutdowns, audits or the slow season. Each visit is its own project with a written scope and quote.

High-level dusting: rafters, beams, ductwork and high ceilings

Dust on overhead structure falls back onto product, equipment and freshly cleaned floors. That's why high dusting gets its own scope. Our crew is MEWP (aerial lift) certified, and we rent lifts sized to your ceiling height, layout and access. We always work top-down, so nothing drifts onto finished surfaces.

Trusses & rafters · Joists & steel beams · Ductwork, pipes & conduit · Cable trays · High-bay lights · Racking tops & door headers · High walls.

How we high dust

Aerial lifts and HEPA

Scissor lifts sized to your ceilings and aisles. HEPA vacuums capture dust at the source, bay by bay, highest first.

What gets cleaned

Rafters, beams, ductwork, conduit, cable trays, high-bay lights, racking tops, headers and high walls.

Safety on the lift

We walk the site, mark work zones and confirm hazards. Operators wear fall protection and floors below are barricaded.

How often to dust

Dust-heavy plants need it more often. Many sites pair it with a shutdown; we recommend a schedule after the walkthrough.

Ride-on scrubber cleaning a warehouse floor

Industrial floor cleaning and scrubbing

Warehouse and plant floors take the most abuse. We sweep wide aisles and docks, scrub sealed and bare concrete with ride-on and auto scrubbers, and HEPA-vacuum the edges and corners a sweeper can't reach. We own our equipment: wide-path sweepers, ride-on scrubbers, auto scrubbers and HEPA vacuums.

Degreasing, tire marks and heavy buildup

Oil spots, tire marks and years of buildup in dock areas and loading zones get degreased and scrubbed out, not just mopped over. It's the step that gets a floor ready for an audit, an owner walkthrough or a new tenant moving in.

How an industrial cleaning project works

1

Tell us about the site.

Address, square footage, ceiling height, and what's driving the clean (audit, shutdown, move-in, turnover).

2

Get a written scope and quote.

Ceiling height and layout tell us which aerial lift to rent.

3

Schedule around you.

After hours and weekends, sequenced by area so the rest of the building keeps running.

4

Clean top-down.

High dusting first, then walls, racking and equipment, then floors last.
