Our 3-phase process
We split every job into phases and size the crew to each one, so the biggest crew is on site when there's the most to clean.
Phase 1: Rough clean. Debris out, dust down, space ready for the final trades.
Phase 2: Final clean. The full crew works top to bottom, dry to wet, through every surface and floor.
Phase 3: Touch-ups. After the punch list, a small crew cleans whatever the last fixes disturbed.
On the Ashley Store & Outlet, that meant a crew of 4 for the rough clean, 8 for the final clean, and 3 for touch-ups.

Site readiness requirements
So your budget goes to cleaning instead of waiting, the site should meet these conditions:

Floors broom-swept
Pallets, leftover materials, and tools moved out of the cleaning areas
Access to every area in scope, including restrooms and storefront glass
Re-cleaning areas that trades dirty after we've finished is billed hourly; a touch-up phase after the punch list avoids most of it.
